So much so, we struggled with finding a contractor that anyone was willing to recommend...until we heard about Vivid Homes. We can confidently say that we had a good experience in that all the work is not only beautiful to look at but also comfortable to live in. Couple of highlights to share about the process... - Transparency in documentation From the initial proposal to change orders along the way, everything was written (in details), reviewed, and signed. This made all the costs and work scope black and white. Project management was easy to follow along and more importantly, easy to go back and reference. -Customer Service Whether something small or big, Shauly/Maayan always responded promptly. They addressed complaints fairly and answered all questions professionally. Vivid Home reminded us again and again what a big impact quality customer service to the outcome. Shauly showed up to the job site regularly showing detailed knowledge of the ongoing work, which was tremendous in building trust. He also showed up for a meeting with me almost every week to review the work completed, plan for the upcoming, and get input on decisions that needed to be made. -Quality Vivid Home gave us a sense of "get it done and get it done RIGHT". As any remodel projects, there were problems. Vivid Home took accountability to resolve issues, notified homeowner, and acted appropriately to resolve. We have received many compliments for our home. This was our first remodel project so we are certainly not experts and don't have any other comparable experience. However, Vivid Home not only guided us through this project but also gave us a sense of security in our home.
